The year 2020 was the birth of the Lord Santiago LLC concept. Mr. Santiago retired from Total Bank Solutions and began writing actively in publications, most notable RedState.com as an opinion editorial commentator.
We also began an online collaboration with long-time friend and journalist Hollie McKay launching a Substack publishing service for McKay’s articles. This included working with Hollie during her time in Afghanistan, and later in Ukraine.
Finally, towards the end of 2020, we began to work on a new initiative by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency called Project REACH. We joined the Los Angeles group of the project to serve on the home ownership, small business, and minority deposit institution working groups.
